If a item is faulty from your order, please reach out to us via our Contact Form and provide the following details:

  1. Your full name

  2. Email address


  3. Description of the incorrect or missing item


  4. Condition of the package upon arrival


  5. Photos/video;s:

    • For faulty items: Provide a picture showing how the package arrived, including the original packaging. And a photo/video of the defect.

Once we have this information, we’ll do our best to send out a replacement as soon as possible.
