What is GARD PRO's warranty policy?

In the event that you encounter an issue with your GARD PRO product, our Support team is ready to assist you quickly and efficiently. We want to ensure that any product concerns are resolved promptly, so you can continue enjoying your GARD PRO device without interruption.



What is GARD PRO'S warranty policy?

Here’s what you should know about our warranties:

  1. Comprehensive 2-Year Warranty: Every GARD PRO product is backed by a 2-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. Should you experience any issues, we’ll arrange a free replacement or supply the necessary parts to ensure your product remains in perfect working order.

What are manufacturing defects?

Manufacturing defects are problems identified by GARD PRO that may cause your product to not function as intended. Our dedicated support team is ready to help you address these issues and will guide you through the resolution process to ensure the problem is resolved as quickly as possible.


What is not covered by our warranty? 

GARD PRO's warranty policy does not cover products damaged by normal use, wear and tear or other non-factory defects. This includes damage caused by scratches or water, as we cannot determine how and under what circumstances such damage occurred. For additional protection against such situations, we offer GARDCARE+ insurance. Please feel free to contact our Support team for advice and to discuss next steps in case of any problems.
