WHAT IS GARD PRO'S RETURN POLICY?Updated 6 months ago

Ordered something that doesn’t meet your expectations? No worries!

At GARD PRO, you can return items for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. If your return request falls outside this period, we won’t be able to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange. 


Please note: At GARD PRO, we accept returns, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.



GARD PRO return policy

At GARD PRO, we want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your product according to our return policy:


Return policy

  1. Deadline: You have 14 days from receipt of your product to make a return request.

  2. Condition of Product: The product must be undamaged and in its original packaging. It must also be accompanied by the original labels and proof of purchase.

  3. Defective Products: If your product is defective, please complete the Warranty Claim Form. Defective items will not be refunded; please contact us via our Warranty Claim Form to report the problem and claim your warranty.

How to initiate a return

  1. Contact: Please contact us via our Return Form to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for return in your message.

  2. Return Instructions: Upon approval of your return request, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Please make sure you have submitted your return request before returning the product.

Refund

  1. Once your return has been received and verified in our warehouse, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  2. It may take 5-10 business days before you see the refund in your account.

Exceptions

  1. Used or Damaged Products: Products that have been used or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.

  2. Returns without a return form: We cannot process and are not eligible for a refund.

Note: Please make sure to send your package with track and trace as GARD PRO does not take responsibility for any returns unless they are delivered to our warehouse.
