1. Track the weather with your GARD PRO smartwatch

If you have already adjusted the settings, you can easily view the weather report. Note that some watch faces support the weather feature, so if your watch face does not show the weather, follow these steps:

1. Unlock the GARD PRO:
   • Press the button on the side of your smartwatch or rotate your wrist to unlock.
2. Swipe right:
   • From the main screen, swipe right to open the menu.
3. Scroll down: 
   • Scroll down through the options in the menu until you reach the bottom of the list.
4. Select “Weather.
   • Tap the 'Weather' option to view current weather information.
5. Display Temperature: 
   • You now see the current temperature at your location, displayed in Celsius.

This way, you will always stay informed about the weather conditions wherever you are!

2. Manage music with your GARD PRO smartwatch

With your GARD PRO smartwatch, you can easily control your music, allowing you to effortlessly switch between songs and pause the music without having to touch your smartphone. This feature is especially useful if you teach group classes or enjoy music while your phone is on the charger.

Follow the steps below to control the music on your GARD PRO:

1. Unlock the GARD PRO: 
   • Press the button on the side of your smartwatch or rotate the wrist to unlock.
2. Swipe right:
   • From the main screen, swipe right to access the menu.
3. Scroll down: 
   • Scroll down through the options in the menu until you reach the bottom of the list.
4. Select “Music.
   • Tap the 'Music' option to open music control settings.
5. Control your music: 
   • You will now see options to pause music, go to the previous song or jump to the next song.

Note: This feature only works when music has been played on your cell phone or Bluetooth speaker. Make sure you are playing music on one of these devices to use the control options.
