Keeping dry after water activities:
After any water activity, it is important to dry your GARD PRO smartwatch thoroughly. This helps to remove any moisture from the watch case and band, thus extending the life of your smartwatch.

Sauna and salt water:
Although our smartwatches are water-resistant, we do not recommend using them in the sauna or in salt water, such as the sea. This is because extreme heat and salt water can affect the waterproofness of the watch case and band, increasing the risk of damage.
