- 1. INSTALLING THE APPLICATION
- Download the ''GloryFit'' app from the ''App Store'' or ''Google Play'' app market to install the app.
- System requirements: iOS 9.0 or higher; Android 4.4 or higher, with Bluetooth 5.3 support.

2. CONNECT
a. Connect to device :
- Open the GloryFit application. You will be asked for your email address. Then press ''get captcha''. A 'captcha' (5/6-digit code) will be emailed to you. Enter it in the “ Captcha ‘ field and press ’ Login ”. You will then be presented with a background information sheet. Click on “Ignore” here.
- You can also log in with your Apple/Google or Facebook account.
- You will now be asked for some information: gender, height, weight, age and your step goal. Fill in the requested information. You can move on to the next screen by pressing ''>'' at the bottom.
- Next, you need to give GloryFit permission to use your location while using the application.
b. Establish Bluetooth connection :
- Establishing the Bluetooth connection: After successful registration, the application will ask you to find the Bluetooth address of the GARD PRO. At the bottom of the application, press “ Device ‘ and then ’ Add new device ‘ to search for your GARD PRO via ’ Select device ”. Make sure the GARD PRO is within 0.5 meters of your phone throughout the process. Follow the instructions in the application and on the GARD PRO.
- When asked for permission to receive notifications, press ''Allow''/ ''Permit''.
c. If the connection between the GARD PRO and your phone is interrupted, follow these steps:
- Go to your phone's settings and select Bluetooth.
- Search for your “ GARD PRO ‘ connection and select ’ Forget this device ”.
- Restart your phone.
- Launch the GloryFit application and follow the connection instructions.
You can also choose to completely uninstall the GloryFit application and start the installation process all over again.

3. QUICK START INSTRUCTIONS
a. Switch on the GARD PRO :
- Charge the Gard Pro if necessary.
- Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
- The GARD PRO will vibrate to indicate that it is switched on.
b. Switch off the GARD PRO Health Series 3 :
- Switch to the home screen by pressing the power button once, then holding it down for 3 seconds.
- Press the green tick.
- The GARD PRO is switched off.

4. SCREEN ACTIVITY AND DISPLAY
Press the right-hand button to switch on the display. If no other operation is performed, the screen switches off automatically after five seconds. You can set the duration of the luminous screen in the application.
a. Set bright screen duration :
- On the Home screen, swipe down.
- Slide to the right.
- Select the “ cog ” icon.
- Select “ Brightness ‘ and go to ’ Brightness duration ”.
- Press the desired duration (15 seconds maximum).
b. Set your screen brightness:
- From the Home screen, swipe down and select Settings.
- Select thesun icon.
- Press ''-'' or ''+'' to select the desired brightness.
c. Tilt to activate the screen:
- From the Home screen, swipe down and select the “ wrist” icon.
NOTE: These functions require a lot of battery power. This considerably reduces battery life.

5. SELECT - WALLPAPER
a. Change your watch face:
- At the bottom of the GloryFit application, go to ''device''.
- Select ''watch faces'' and wait for all watch faces to load.
- Choose your favorite watch and download it.
- The watch face will then appear on your GARD PRO.
- You can also choose one of the 5 predefined watch faces on your GARD PRO.
- Press and hold the home screen for ± 3 seconds, then slide right or left.

6. SPORT - ACTIVITY TRACKING
Choose from over 100 different sports.
a. Track your sports performance :
- On the home screen, swipe right.
- Select ''Training session'' to choose the sport you wish to track. After 3 seconds, the sports activity begins.
- To stop the sport, press the button on the right-hand side of the GARD PRO. Then click on the round square to end the tracking session.
TIP: To see your route when walking, for example, you need to start the sports activity via the GloryFit app. You can do this at the bottom of the application under ''Sports''. (The location function must be activated to do this).

7. DAILY ACTIVITIES STATUS
a. Pedometer, distance and calorie consumption display:
Open the activity status by swiping twice to the left on the home screen to display the current number of calories, steps and distance covered. Distance and calories are calculated and displayed according to steps taken, height and weight set in the application. By activating the location function, you ensure that measurements are more accurate.
b. Adjust your (personal) information and step target as follows:
- At the bottom of the GloryFit application, go to ''Profile''.
- Select the top bar to enter/edit a profile photo, name and contact details.
- To change your step target, press ''Target'' at ''Profile''.

8. CALLS AND APPLICATION MESSAGES
a. Make incoming calls visible:
- At the bottom of the GloryFit application, go to ''device''.
- Select ''Phone''.
- When both bars turn green, you can answer and make calls.
b. Activate/deactivate application notifications on the Gard Pro :
- At the bottom of the GloryFit application, go to ''device''.
- Select ''App''.
- Then tap on the individual applications from which you wish to receive notifications on your GARD PRO.
- When the bar turns green, your messages will receive notifications.
c. Activate/deactivate silent mode :
- From the home screen, swipe down and select settings.
- Select “ Sound settings ” to enable or disable silent mode.
- If the bar is green, silent mode is activated.
d. Load your contacts :
- At the bottom of the GloryFit application, go to “ Device ”.
- Select ''Bluetooth call settings''.
- Then press “ Synchronize contacts ”.
- If you press the green “ Open” button, you can load up to 100 contacts.

9. HEART RATE MONITORING
During sporting activity, the GARD PRO constantly monitors your heart rate. Follow the steps below to use the heart rate monitor on your GARD PRO :
- From the Home screen, swipe right.
- Press ''Heart rate'' and the GARD PRO will immediately start measuring.
- The measurement result is also displayed on the home screen. This depends on the watch face selected. Not all watch dials display heart rate.

10. BLOOD OXYGEN MONITOR
a. Automatic measurement of blood oxygen level :
- On the home screen, scan to the right.
- Select ''Oxygen saturation'' and blood oxygen measurement starts automatically.
- The blood oxygen measurement appears on the screen.
ATTENTION: For accurate results, make sure the GARD PRO is worn properly and that it is in good contact with the wrist. Avoid moving during measurement.

11. SLEEP
a. Check sleep quality :
- On the home screen, swipe right.
- Select “ Sleep ” to access the sleep interface.
- Recorded data can be viewed on the application's home page under “ Sleep ”.
NOTE: Switch the GARD PRO to the sleep interface when you fall asleep.

12. BODY TEMPERATURE
a. Measure your body temperature:
- From the home screen, swipe left until you reach the interface on the right.
- You are now on the body temperature interface.
- Measurement starts automatically.

13. BLOOD PRESSURE MONITOR
a. Automatic blood pressure measurement :
- On the home screen, slide to the right.
- Select ''Blood pressure'' and blood pressure measurement starts automatically.
- The blood pressure value appears on the screen.
WARNING: For accurate results, make sure the GARD PRO is worn properly and that it is in good contact with the wrist. Avoid moving during measurement.

14. Trigger
a. Breathing exercise :
- On the home screen, swipe right.
- Select “ Breathing ” to access the breathing interface.
- You can start the session and select the desired breathing duration and speed.

15. BREATHING
a. Weather and temperature:
Switch to the weather interface to display weather and temperature. Weather conditions are automatically updated 24 hours a day.
- On the Home screen, swipe right.
- Select “ Weather ” to switch to the weather interface.
- You'll also see the weather and temperature on the home screen. (This is not the case on all dials).
NOTE: Make sure your cell phone's''Location'' function is activated for the GloryFit application.

16. MUSIC CONTROL
Music playback control:
After successfully connecting the GloryFit app, the GARD PRO can control music playback functions such as pause and previous/next track when the phone is playing music.
- On the Home screen, slide to the right.
- Select ''Music'' to access the music interface.
- Here you can control the music playing on your cell phone.

17. STOPWATCH AND TIMER
Stopwatch and timer function:
Access the functions interface to choose between stopwatch and timer. This function is useful for your daily activities (sports).
- On the home screen, slide to the right.
- Select ''Other functions'' to access the stopwatch and timer functions.
- The timer function offers a choice of 1, 3, 5 and 10-minute settings.

18. SEDENTARY REMINDER
a. Set motion inhibitors:
- At the bottom of the GloryFit application, go to ''device''.
- Select ''Sedentary''.
- When the bar turns green, the function is activated.
- You can now set a start and end time, as well as a non-disturbance time.

19. FIND MY PHONE
a. Find my phone :
- On the Home screen, swipe down.
- Select the Find my phone icon.
- Your phone will vibrate.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
a. Inaccurate measurements :
Inaccurate measurements are generally due to poor contact between the GARD PRO sensor and the wrist. Make sure there is full contact between sensor and wrist during measurements. Dirt, moisture or dense hair can affect measurements.
b. Inaccurate sleep data :
Sleep monitoring simulates natural sleeping and waking times, so it's important to wear the device correctly. Errors may occur if you start wearing the GARD PRO too late in the night. No sleep data is recorded during the day. The default period for sleep monitoring is from 9:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. the following day.
c. Bluetooth problems :
Restart the GARD PRO and reconnect to the GloryFit application. Not working?
- Close the GloryFit application completely.
- Switch off your cell phone.
- Reset your GARD PRO by going to ''Settings'' and pressing ''Reset''.
- Restart your cell phone and ensure a good connection between the GloryFit application and your GARD PRO.
NOTE: You can also choose to completely uninstall the GloryFit application and go through the entire installation process again.
Warranty
Under normal use of the GARD PRO, our warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects.
During this period, if the product fails to operate as advertised or proves defective, we (Gard Pro) will repair or replace the product at no additional charge.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water, dropping or general misuse of the smartwatch. Here are some examples:
- Errors caused by disassembly or modification of the GARD PRO.
- Man-made damage or defects caused by third parties.
To benefit from this warranty, you must provide proof of purchase and contact us by e-mail for instructions on how to proceed. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
