How does an exchange work at GARD PRO?
If you already know which product you would like to receive in exchange for the current item, you can easily arrange your return through our contact us. Once we have received your returned order at our warehouse, we will refund you. You can then place the correct order on your own.
Return policy
Products can be returned for an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please note that after this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds, store credit or exchanges.
Note: Products being exchanged must be in the same condition as you received them, and complete with the original packaging. Returns of used items or products that are no longer in their original condition cannot be accepted for exchange.
